We encourage users to create an account when opening a ticket for the best user experience. Doing so will allow you to check the status of tickets and provide additional information to existing tickets easily. You will also be able to access tickets even without access to your email.
Update - 11/25/20: With the changes to the Help Desk hosting platform, and to provide additional security, staff members will no longer be able to sign into the Help Desk using their network login credentials. If you are a staff member and have previously signed into the Help Desk using these credentials, please open a ticket stating this from the main page and a member of our team will be able to reset your Help Desk password.
