Staff and students all change their passwords annually in Mansfield Schools. Staff are prompted to change their password after a year of use, while students receive a new password near the end of each school year.
If you need to change your password due to security concerns such as the password being compromised or actively used by someone other than yourself, please either submit a ticket or call the Help Desk at extension 33139 (if you are a student, have a staff member submit the request on your behalf).
When submitting a ticket for a password change, please be sure to provide a phone number or alternative method of contact! We will NOT send new passwords via the ticketing system itself for security purposes!
